ARCANA is Masood Amirbeiki’s AI-powered career-discovery assistant. This policy explains the information used to provide the conversation and scheduling experience.

Information you choose to provide

ARCANA may collect your name, email address, career background, professional goals, questions, conversation responses, preferred appointment time, booking status, and either a LinkedIn profile URL or a résumé you upload. Do not provide Social Security numbers, birth dates, government identification, financial information, passwords, medical information, or other highly sensitive data.

How information is used

Your information is used to conduct the career-discovery conversation, prepare your summary, display Masood’s availability, schedule a requested meeting, maintain service security, and improve the conversation experience. It is not used by ARCANA to make an employment decision or score you.

Service providers

OpenAI processes conversation content to generate ARCANA’s responses. Calendly processes your name, email, timezone, and selected appointment information to schedule the meeting and send confirmations. The hosting provider processes routine technical information needed to operate and secure the site.

Retention and access

Conversation, booking, LinkedIn, and résumé records may be retained for recruiting follow-up, service operation, and improvement. Résumés are stored privately and made available to Masood through a private, unlisted link associated with the booking. Using ARCANA is optional. You may stop at any time and contact Masood directly through the original recruiting channel.
